PAG Jogg21 – Jogging Track System for Hot Climates Total Thickness 20mm
2-Layer Elastic Seamless Jogging Track Flooring of 20mm total thickness It consists of a shock-pad base-layer of 18mm of SBR Granules mixed with MDI PU Binder and a second layer of flexible PU pore-filler followed by UV resistant aliphatic top-coat.
Build-Up
- Subbase of fully cured (at least 28 days) asphalt or concrete free of any dirt or spillage, that might prevent bonding of the rubber to the asphalt.
- PU Primer P800 applied by roller on top of the subbase.
- SBR layer consisting of SBR1030 (granules of 1mm – 3mm size) mixed with PU Binder P2300 (20% in weight) installed by paving machine at 18mm thickness.
- Pore-Filler layer, consisting of 3-component pore-filler P3150 (red color) applied with metal trowel to create a nonporous layer of 1-2mm thickness.
- UV-Protection layer consisting of UV stable aliphatic protective top-coating P7000 applied in 2 coats by airless spray or roller. Optionally, silica sand can be added to the first coating to avoid a slippery surface during wetness.

- EPDM layer consisting of EPDM0515 (granules of 0.5 – 1.5mm size) mixed with PU Binder P2300 (18% in weight) installed by paving machine at 5mm thickness.
- Pore-Filler layer, consisting of 3-component pore-filler PP3150 (red color) applied with metal trowel to create a non-porous layer of 1-2mm thickness.
- UV-Protection layer consisting of UV stable aliphatic protective top-coating PP7000 applied in 2 coats by airless spray or roller. Optionally, silica sand can be added to the first coating to avoid a slippery surface during wetness.
