Binder

For all our binders we offer a high viscosity and a low viscosity version. The high viscosity version works best when temperatures reach between 20 and 40 degree, whereas the low viscosity version works from temperatures as low as 10 degree up to 25 degree. To extend your Installation-period further, we offer a special very low viscosity version that was developed to make installations at temperatures just above freeezing point possible.

PAG PB3300 is a single component, tough-elastic, aromatic, solventless moisture-curing MDI-based binder. PAG PB3300 has primarily been designed to bind rubber for elastic layers of play-areas, artificial grass and other sports flooring, as well as together with our EPDM and TPEV systems.

PAG PB3400 is a single component, tough-elastic, aliphatic, solventless moisture-curing lightfast binder. It has primarily been designed to bind EPDM or Thermoplastic surfaces exposed to UV-light and to protect them in the long run.
Replacing Standard Binders with PAG PB3400 improves the performance of safety surfaces drastically in terms of strength and fallheight. PAG PB3400 will not yellow when exposed to sunlight

PAG PB3310 is the non-UV-stable version of our aromatic binder PB3300. PB3310 is a single component, tough-elastic, aromatic, solventless moisture-curing MDI-based binder and was developed as a cheaper solution for elastic layers as they never get in touch with any UV or sunlight. Combined with our different SBR granules PAG PB3310 is perfect to get good fallheight-values and produce a long lasting flooring.
